Senior Analyst l - Financial Planning & Analysis

Chubb is seeking a highly skilled and experienced FP&A Analyst is responsible for financial analysis, planning and forecasting for the Chubb EMEA.

• Collect, process, and analyze financial data, and develop financial models and reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to management and business unit leaders, including variance analysis and other insights.
• Collaborate with underwriting and actuarial teams to develop and analyze loss ratios and other metrics.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and support to finance team and other business units as requested.
• Provide data to the business intelligence teams (e.g. QlikView, Insights and IBM planning and analytics tools) to upload/publish the final P&L numbers in dashboards and ensure all systems updated with the correct data

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, actuarial or related field; M.Com, MBA (Finance) CA (Inter) or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or similar role in the insurance or BFSI industry.
